Vu Thi Quynh Anh
Vu Thi Quynh Anh has worked for the Netherlands Development Organization (SNV) for the past 16 years. She has solid experience in policy development, program formulation and evaluation, business development, service-market assessment and development, sub-sector analysis, value chain development, creation of enabling environments for SMEs, and quality management system set-up. Ms.Quynh Anh has been the Deputy Director of SNV Viet Nam since January 2010 and used to be Advisor to Spark Center for management and strategic direction, fund raising, and profiling Spark Center to partners and donors. Ms Quynh Anh graduated as a Doctor of Medicine from the Ha Noi Medical School, Viet Nam, and completed an MBA for Executives at the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand.
Le Dinh Long
Le Dinh Long is one of the most prominent managers in the business sector in Viet Nam. Mr Long came to Spark Center from the banking sector, where as Vice Chairman and General Director, he provided expert assistance on business strategies, risk management, banking technology, and business and organizational development to some of the leading banks in Viet Nam, such as the Viet Nam International Jointstock Bank (VIB Bank). Before that he worked in management positions for international organizations such as the World Bank (WB) and International Finance Corporation (IFC) in Viet Nam. Mr Long’s work experience includes investment, banking and financial services, business advisory and private economic sector development, multi-national corporate financial, accounting and internal control management, industrial project management, teaching and graduate tutorial practice at universities, and scientific research. Mr Long is known in business networks for business system set-up skills and organizational and business development. He has broad international and multinational knowledge, high ethical standards, and strong technical and people skills. Mr Long has a BS in Mathematics & Computation Techniques from the Technical University of Dresden, Germany, and an MS in Computer Science from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand.
Thai Thi Huyen Nga
Program Officer, Social Entrepreneurship Development
With more than 13 years’ experience in finance and accounting and 5 years in management, prior to join in Spark Center, she was the Manager of the Accounting and Administration Section at Kanto Viet Nam Construction – a Japanese-owned company and she also worked at VIWACO and Ha Noi Water Supply Company. Working at Spark Center as a Program Officer, Nga has much experiences in working with businesses, government and non-government organizations, consulting and supporting for Social Enterprises in finance. In 2013 - 2014, she took part in training and supporting for businesses who were planning proposals to join in "Inclusive Business Project" of Vietnam Business Challenge Fund (VBCF) which are sponsored by DFID. Nga graduated with a BS in Finance and Banking from the National Economics University, Viet Nam and has since earned a Chief Accountant Certificate, a General Accounting Degree and a Finance Management Certificate in Singapore.
Do Thu Huong
Huong has been on the staff of Spark center since its first days. As a Program Assistant, she provides great support to the center in researches about business development service market, survey of inclusive business and organization of the Marketplaces. At the same time, she is directly responsible for logistic support for task groups and taking part in stakeholder interview sessions. Huong earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Phuong Dong University.
